Unit 4:
Offers a total area of 4,066m². This includes a 3,857m² warehouse and 209m² of offices. This is the other unit offering yard space measuring to 5,173m². It also offers a 7.5m canopy over the loading zone

Each warehouse is equipped with a 13m roof height and ample parking, with the entire site providing a total of 160 parking bays.
