Spire Properties has positions available for Commercial as well as Industrial Property brokers to work in our KZN Office. Spire Property Solutions is an established Property company with offices countrywide. We manage a number of commercial and industrial properties nationwide as well as established relationships with the countries top property funds and landlord. Spire offers industry leading commissions with many additional incentives. Our new brokers earn between R400k and R900k per year.
We are on the hunt for experienced property brokers with a proven track record in leasing and sales of commercial property.
The ideal candidate must......
- Have 2 years experience in commercial property
- Have a proven track record for successful deals
- Be prepared to canvass new leads
- Have the skills and ability to negotiate a good deal
- Provide excellent levels of client service
- Be able to take advantage of digital marketing platforms
